NF

Nathan John Feuerstein, born March 30, 1991 was a popular American artist and rapper. He is known as his initials, NF which can be spelled with the letter IF. The artist has released two EPs with Capitol CMG, "I'm Free" (2012) and [3] and one self-titled EP released in 2014. Mansion was the first album released by the major label. His second album, Therapy Session, was released on April 22, 2016 and reached the top spot at 12 on the US Billboard 200. His albums have received numerous accolades, including: the Gospel Music Association Dove Award Rap/Hip Hop album of the year (Therapy Session). NF gained mainstream recognition with Perception in 2017. The album peaked on the charts in the United States at number one and was certified Platinum. "Let You Fall" was ranked at number 12 on the. Billboard Hot 100 reached number one in the U.S. and was a top ten world-wide hit. Similar commercial success was achieved through The Search (2019). Feuerstein said that rap was a means of escape for his family in his early years. He would record music using the karaoke device and record both instrumentals and his raps using a single microphone. Feuerstein independently released Moments the album that was the first of his studio album on November 29, 2010. His debut single, "Alone", was released on August 2, 2011. The track featured songwriter and producer Tommee Profitt and Brooke Griffith. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and was interested in his music. Feuerstein released his extended version of I'm Free on May 2nd 2012 and was produced by Profitt. The playlist included nine tracks which included "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive version of "Alone" with Sean Simmonds. Xist had previously teased the release of their self-titled, extended plays, NF, but Feuerstein broke up with the label in the wake of disagreements, and the production of NF was delayed. However, NF featured a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams, from the compilation album of the label, Move Vol 1. On November 4 2013 he dropped "Beautiful Addiction", the single. Profitt returned to the song, along with vocals by Brady Schmitz (vocals) and Danielle Swift (vocals).
